Mohawk Industries Quality Control Analyst in DALTON, Georgia
Primary Objective: Prepare reports, presentations and official documents for required reporting
Extract, gather, classify, analyze and combine data from a variety of sources to develop, prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Will be responsible for production, quality, and claims reporting
Ensure timeliness and accuracy for all reporting requests.
Establish and maintain effective information files to meet current reporting needs and future enhancements
Perform other duties as assigned
High School or GED equivalency, an Associates degree or two years college or trade certification
Knowledge acquired through education and training which provides the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the functions of the job
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other office programs
Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Strong verbal, written communication, organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities, detail oriented; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy with employees, customers, and management; ability to communicate with others
Must be an effective team member
Ability to accept responsibility, to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Proficient using a PC and other department specific software, hardware, systems and equipment
Ability to perform in a high pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems, maintain safety and ensure adherence to Corporate Code of Conduct
