Mohawk Industries Product Marketing Manager in DALTON, Georgia



The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing multiple Commercial brands, segments, and product lines for Mohawk Industries.

  • Work with Commercial Product Development and Product Management teams to determine needs for product launches, review product pipeline, and provide updates on launch status

  • Craft product messaging and value position

  • Input product launches into Workfront

  • Develop, plan, and ensure all needs are met for video/photoshoots

  • Develop product campaigns and collateral in conjunction with internal and external teams

  • Manage timelines and deliverables for: Product Launches, Photo Shoots, Brochure assets, Catalogs

  • Review Collection and Product pages prior to launch and ensure launches are uploaded on time

  • Proof product brochures, catalogs, and technical documents for accuracy

  • Organize product asset files in Dropbox

  • Develop and deliver effective internal and external launch announcements

  • Partner with PR team to ensure effective post-launch communications plan

  • Coordinate with Segment Marketing Manager’s and Communications teams to ensure effective communication of all product launches and campaigns

  • Reviewing purchase orders from vendors and approving project invoices in SAP

  • Track and report budget and invoices related to product launches


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required. MBA preferred.

  • 4-6 years of applicable work experience that includes knowledge of Marketing concepts and business operating procedures

  • Experience in project management that includes planning, budgeting, financial management analysis, and reporting

  • Intermediate to advance proficiency level in the following areas: Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Business Writing concepts and techniques


  • Knowledge of budgeting and expense control to plan,implement and control expenditure while maintaining and improving quality standards

  • High level of creativity, ingenuity, and judgment required

  • Excellent presentation, oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management, internal and external business contacts

  • Proven ability to manage/implement projects and/or contribute to concept development

  • Problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient with Mac-based operating systems environment, spreadsheet, graphics intermediate to advance skill level)
