Responsibilities

  • Cut and prepare sample material for Product Development review.

  • Work with Product Development on layout of new products for mock up architect folders.

  • Gain knowledge of new products to locate and ship samples before they are produced for the sample department.

  • File sample material in designated areas for each designer.

  • Keep a clean & safe work area.

  • Perform routine preventative machine maintenance, monitoring equipment and output to ensure safe and efficient operations.

  • Ensures compliance to all company and regulatory safety and environmental guidelines and practices to include wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment, using the appropriate tools and equipment, and exercising the required safety behaviors for the task at hand.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED equivalency preferred.

  • Should be proficient in basic reading, writing, and math skills

  • Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training

  • One to two years experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
