Responsible for personal safety and participating in plant safety process.
Enter data into SAP.
Verify the correct setup and function of the machine.
Maintain a clean and efficient work area.
Troubleshoot and report machine malfunctions.
Use the correct settings on assigned equipment.
Prevent defects through the process.
Follow setup and run procedures, safety and quality procedures as documented.
Must be willing and able to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours.
Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning.
Make machine adjustments when necessary.
Must follow the quality management system policy and procedures.
Communicate production or quality issues to appropriate team members.
Operate lift truck and hoist.
Job rotation and relief of other team members.
Collect and enter data into infiniti qs. Completes all documentation accurately.
Collect samples and perform quality checks
Troubleshoot out of spec material
Measures and monitors application weights. Ensures that weights stay consistent.
Mixes totes and maintains FIFO system.
Performs incoming raw material inspections
Can operate printing unit; includes cylinder maintenance, clean-up of unit, changing doctor blades.
Assists in startup, shutdown, and operations of the calender.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must have a High School or GED diploma.
Flexible for all shifts.
Quality experience desired.
Strong problem solving skills.
Commitment to company values and safe work practices.
Excellent attention to detail.
Nonessential Skills and Experience :
Previous experience in the operation of production line, machinery and monitoring products.
Pass the IVC-US color vision test.
