Dal-Tile is seeking a Digital Product Project Manager who will oversee project activities related to product and their related portfolios for Dal-Tile and its brands. Coordinating digital market releases, collecting and managing all digital assets to support campaigns across, coordination of PIM activities, backlog coordination & grooming, Testing & UAT oversight and vendor oversight are part of this position. You will be the liaison between Product, Brand, and Digital Marketing and resolve ambiguity to keep projects on track for digital product management. You will be an essential link that helps keep our customers aware of Dal-Tile’s newest products. This position gives the opportunity to establish processes, manage projects from inception to completion and be recognized for your contribution to the success of Dal-Tile. The ability to measure ROI and manage multiple projects while keeping view of the big picture is key to this position’s success.

The Digital Product Project Manager reports to the Sr. Project Manager and will be expected to utilize their project management skills and leverage the skills of others to ensure goals are met and projects are completed on time and within budget to achieve the business goals of Dal-Tile.

Responsibilities:

  • Works directly with Product, Brand, and technical teams augmented with tactical support from agencies

  • Works with cross-functional PIM team to represent Digital and integrate digital into PIM

  • Workflow Support – Specialize workflows in support of collaborative workspaces

  • Oversee digital product release activities and supporting systems

  • Coordinate resources and assets needed for successful releases

  • Oversee quality and completeness of product information made available in digital channels

Education & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IS, MIS or related field preferred.

  • Agile, PMP or Six Sigma certifications preferred

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of digital project management experience

  • Product Management

  • UAT and Testing oversight

  • Experience with MDM/PIM and DAM implementations and solutions

  • Experience working with product and technical teams

  • Digital Platform implementation and coordination – SiteCore or Adobe preferred

  • Requirements Gathering – Agile preferred

  • Great communications skills and ability to drive strategic conversations and planning

  • Customer-first mindset with a demonstrated understanding of how to build a two-way conversation

  • Track record in building effective customer journeys with an understanding of how to measure success at each touchpoint

  • Skilled presenter with the ability to build business cases rooted in data and insights

  • A data-driven approach; someone who can foster rigor and discipline in all that we do, to provide evidence for program success and return on investment

  • Ability to coordinate large matrixed groups and drive results.
