Mohawk Industries VP Sales SFR (Single Family Homes for Rent) & Renovation Services in CALHOUN, Georgia

We are currently looking for candidates for a Vice President SFR & Renovation Services position, located at our corporate office in Calhoun, GA.

Responsibilities

The primary objective of this position is to increase residential Builder Multifamily sales nationally by managing and developing go to market strategy for sales into the Institutional Owned Single-Family Homes for Rent, SFR market. Provide proprietary specifications of Mohawk residential products leading to increased sales and up margin opportunity. The primary brands related to specification are:

Portico by Mohawk: Specifically devoted to Single Family

Mohawk Family of Brands: (Hard and Soft) Where necessary based on the strategic goals.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Develops and maintains an active plan and message to drive specified Mohawk residential business within Top

  • Institutional Owned Homes. (carpet, ceramic, wood, resilient, laminate, etc.).

  • Creates strong relationships with key decision-makers to obtain and secure regional andnationalspecifications for Mohawk

  • Prepare and ownannualsales budgets ensuring revenuegoals,annualsalestrends and forecast

  • Develops Strategic Partnerships with mid to large flooring dealers who will execute supply agreements with compliance to

  • Coordinates tracking and communication of project pipeline and stages to the sales and management teamsvia

  • meetings,calls,and CRM tools.

  • Reviews monthly Compliance ofspecificationsthrough financial analyticswithend users and flooring

  • Conduct and analyze market researchto determine risk/reward opportunities for Mohawk

  • Maintainsaccurate and comprehensiveaccount lists to measure effectiveness ofsupplyagreements

  • Exhibitsin-depthknowledge and expertise about all residential Mohawk products and installation

  • Maintains frequent communication with BMF RVPs and Regional M anagers.

  • Leads residential Mohawkspecification collaboration effortswith Mohawk GroupandDaltile into the SFR

  • Conducts product knowledge andsalestraining meetings where relevantwithend-users.

  • Performs other assigned dutiesasrequired by SVP BMF

  • This job will have 2-4 direct reports.

  • This job requires around 60% travel.

  • Ability to manage long sales cycles

  • Effectively sell/ present to a variety of audiences and contexts (i.e. in person, over the phone, Skype, webinars )

  • Strength to manage the sales process from the ground up (build a pipeline, client research, client relationships and other aspects of sales simultaneously) while managing existing accounts

  • Fully developed prospecting skills and consultative sales approach; focused on solution selling
