Mohawk Industries SALES BUSINESS ANALYST - COMMERCIAL in CALHOUN, Georgia
Conduct deep analysis of the external market, including market opportunity, influencers and decision makers, competitors, and internal sales data to drive and support more informed business decisions and strategic initiatives across the sales organization.
We're seeking individuals who not only posess the technical abilities such as data mining, but someone who is also just as good at interpreting the data and developing various strategies for our team.
35% Service all one off market analytics requests including opportunity, market share, end user account maps, top accounts by market, leads etc.
15% Provide ongoing analysis and insight of business performance to identify existing gaps within a specific segment, market, end user, channel, product platform, etc.
15% Manage key performance sales metrics including market share, market opportunity, opportunity per AE, etc. and provide market based subject matter expertise to inform senior leadership decisions
10% Support sales training and drive utilization/adoption of the business analytics tools and lead programs
10% Support the implementation and execution of AE Business plan processes that promote execution, provide success tracking and accountability
10% Assist with presentations to senior leadership with strategic recommendations to drive market share expansion and organic growth
5% Support SVPs & VP of Sales Ops in designing business processes that align to and support sales strategy, enablement, and efficient execution

Bachelor's Degree - all majors welcome. However, Marketing, Sales, or business related majors a plus
Experience manipulating large sets of data to discover trends and make recommendations
Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to articulate strategies formulated for management decision-making
Prior professional experience whether from internship or full time in Strategy & Operations
Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to deconstruct problems, project plan, develop solutions, and succinctly convey results
Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
