To create and maintain queries, databases, Diver, Excel reports and other miscellaneous reports. To assist the Manager in maintaining a close relationship with suppliers and regional sales managers for awareness of customer needs and perspectives.

  • Create and run detailed Diver reports that include GPM, Sales, Back Orders, analysis, as well as running query reports that include bookings for certain products, display racks and other miscellaneous requests.

  • Convert Diver and booking reports into the Hardwood Deck.

  • Work with the Special Goods department and suppliers to better organize the reporting of specials, drops, and cabin hardwood to the sales force.

  • Assist with expediting of back orders, drop ship orders, delivery dates and other miscellaneous requests, as well as contacting internal departments and suppliers to report the status of back orders.

  • Assist in all aspects of Domestic and Import Direct Ship Programs, Sales, Expediting Orders, Samples, Order Forms, Controlling the hardwood inventory, service level and other miscellaneous requests.

  • Schedule Vendor meetings: Reserving meeting rooms, and issuing invitations to attendees.


High School diploma or GED

Three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Diver, AS400.


  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and all levels of management.

  • Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines and standards

  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Works under minimal supervision and follows standard procedures and/or written instructions to perform job duties
