  • Conducts research, develops content and creates effective presentations

  • Event planning – responsible for coordinating schedules, agenda, location, travel and preparing meeting materials for various customer and sales conventions, meetings and mill trips. Travel may be required

  • Coordinate scheduling of tours, speakers, presenters, conference rooms, and sales or customer events for the light Lab

  • Create product palettes for customer visits and arrange samples for specific visitors

  • Act as administrative coordinator for Product Management and Product Design

  • Collate and distribute department reports (PD, PM, Design, Sales, Trend and Trade Shows)

  • Participate in Design Vision development and present CEU’s and PowerPoint presentations to visitors/designers

  • Coordinate shipping needs for product development

  • Code and approve Accounts Payable invoices

  • Involves some level of internal and external customer contact

  • Supports projects for the team operations in terms of presentation materials, distribution list maintenance and other projects as agreed to.

  • Monitor and maintain supply inventory levels for samples and light lab, product displays, palettes and professional presentation of the Light Lab space.

  • Administrative duties also include answering phone, email response and inquires to employees, sales, design and customers, preparing meeting materials, etc.


Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong communication skills

Intermediate Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Intermediate analytical skills
