Duties include, but are not limited to:
Daily W.R. screen session to estimate hours, change status and schedule W.O. planning & scheduling of all non-emergency maintenance work orders, with Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Scheduling Manager.
Weekly ARM meeting with Plant staff to present reports and metrics.
W.O. status chart, manhour utilization, returned work order spreadsheet, yearly plant shutdown schedule
Weekly manpower schedule, update reliability engineering report
Oversee accuracy of work order data in JDE System
Work with the Corporate Asset Reliability Maintenance Manager to coordinate Assets/Resources and elaboration of key performance indicators
Compile equipment history in the work order system
Create Parts Kit to coordinate with PM schedule
Determining what craft skills are required to perform work orders.
Estimating the time required for each work order, for each craft.
Determining parts, tools, and materials for the work order, and procuring the parts from the Supply Room, or via P.O.
Listing specific job steps, duties, forms for planned work orders.
High School Diploma or GED
Integrity and work ethics
Microsoft Excel; intermediate experience
Microsoft Word; intermediate experience
JD Edwards and Microsoft Project software as a user is a plus
At least 5 years experience with manufacturing equipment
3 years industrial maintenance experience
Detail oriented skills
Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis
