The position of AO / MARAZZI Regional Manager ofDistributors is totally responsible for sales, margin and program developmentfor all Independent Distributors assigned. Coordinates all sales andpromotional activities as well as travels "extensively" in the fieldtraining and assisting both the sales and architectural reps in theirrespective roles. In addition to this responsibility, they need to leadcommercial architectural specification efforts as well as hold monthlyproject/job tracking meetings in conjunction with the sales management teams

with each Distributor. Increases productsales within assigned region in order to achieve company objectives. Develops and retains an effective workingrelationship with regional distributors to maximize product sales. Works closely with distributor’s GeneralManagers to achieve goals and maximize market penetration and margin potential.


  • Achieve revenue, budget and other business objectives for each fiscal year.

  • Develop business relationships with key distributors within their region.

  • Clearly define goals and objectives to measure performance and communicate these objectives to distributors on a regular basis.

  • Communicate and work closely with distributors to maximize market penetration and margin potential.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to accommodate corporate goals.

  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

  • Advise distributors regarding business strategies, sales and advertising techniques.

  • Meets with key distributor personnel to negotiate and close deals.

  • Analyses and controls expenditures of region to conform to budgetary requirements.

  • Prepares sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed product sales expansion.

  • Represent the company at trade meetings to promote company and product .

  • Performs other related duties as required.


Education and Knowledge:

  • Requires BA degree or higher or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.

  • Extensive working knowledge ofresidential/dealer/distributor sales.


  • 5 or more years of related sales management experience.


  • Self-Starter, strong interpersonal skills, ability to exercise independent judgment, ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationship.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Ability to understand and develop business plans and manage a budget.
