Responsibilities

  • Creates and edits the social media marketing editorial calendars for Mohawk Flooring North America’s prestigious family of brands

  • Coordinates social analytics and regularly reports on channel growth, competitive analysis, keyword tracking etc.

  • Assist with influencer marketing efforts, including discovering new partnership opportunities and building relationships with key influencers

  • Supports integrated content strategy, maintaining and building a social community that drives engagement and revenue

  • Support Mohawk Flooring North America digital employee advocacy program, including content management and serving as the point of contact for the program within other teams

  • Work with broader content team to push forward consistent branding and thought leadership messaging throughout the company’s social media accounts

  • Focuses strategy and efforts on delivering quality sales leads through targeted social campaigns

  • Coordinate, write and edit national and local content that reflects the voice of the community and overall business objectives; creates and coordinates monthly social media content calendar

  • Day-to-day management for key digital platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Houzz and company blogs

  • Collaborates with social media agency and any supporting freelancers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3+ years in digital content, social media and/or influencer marketing experience.

  • Exceptional team player who possesses excellent oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication and deck writing skills to effectively interact with a wide range of individual

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with top-notch presentation skills

  • Talented writer with extreme attention to detail

  • Proven cross functional relationship building experience

  • Can-do, go-getter attitude

  • Outside of the box thinker

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with poise and professionalism

  • Travel approximately 10% for trade shows, customer visitation, etc.
