Primary Objective:

This position will serve as the Digital Advertising Specialist for all Mohawk Flooring North America brands (residential, BMF, commercial and hospitality). This position will be serve as the main point of contact for all paid digital activities, including PPC, social advertising campaigns, native advertising and more.


  • Oversee all Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns across Mohawk Flooring North America brands on top search engines, such as Google and Bing.

  • Develop strategic and comprehensive digital advertising program recommendations for customer groups, such as residential specialty retail.

  • Analyze digital advertising mix to maximize budgets and achieve optimal conversion results.

  • Optimize landing pages in conjunction with Inbound Marketing Manager for paid search engine marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and implement plans for social advertising campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) focused on driving qualified leads to Mohawk customers.

  • Create monthly reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations for advertising campaigns.

  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

  • Manage, plan, and adjust budgets to achieve objectives.

  • Identify new advertising opportunities to win business in the flooring industry.

  • Communicate with product marketing teams, sales operations and key executive leaders as necessary.

  • Manage applicable vendor, agency and freelance relationships.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciple

  • 2+ years SEM experience with proficiency and proven success in managing PPC accounts across Google and Bing.

  • 2+ years Social Media Experience in paid campaigns’ management.

  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

  • Google Adwords certification a plus

  • Experience with bid management tools

  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports

  • Familiarity with A/B experiments

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • User knowledge of FB Power Editor

  • Advanced analytical (quantitative), and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent Excel skills
